Each participant are considered to be special people in the debutante’s life hence, similar to the tradition of receiving monetary gift every christmam, the ninongs, ninangs, aunt’s and/or uncle’s pins a thousand peso bill
on the debutante’s dress.

The participant will be tasked to choose one song they will dedicate to the debutante or that reminds them of her, and ask them to sing a few lines from the song.

The debutante dances with 18 special men in her life, who are her relatives and friends. Each male will hand her a rose, which is a symbol of love, friendship, affection, and care.
